In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our technology direction by helping design, build, and integrate platforms that support Branch, Client, and Operational activities. You will contribute to major strategic initiatives, setting solution architecture and integration strategies that align with our product vision. **Responsibilities** * Create and deploy cloud\-native solutions and technologies to drive digital transformation * Architect new functionalities and link systems across multiple cloud platforms * Design solutions centered on business domains, applications, data flows, integration, and non\-functional requirements * Provide guidance and support to teams on software architecture, design, and integration for various product lines * Build systems emphasizing performance, scalability, and reliability * Promote architectural standards, design principles, code quality, and performance optimization * Apply Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery methodologies to project work * Develop strong relationships with stakeholders in Product Management, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security * Collaborate with support teams, systems, and business leaders to implement technical enhancements, upgrades, and best practices * Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, facilitate meetings, and assist in decision\-making * Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends, offering mentorship to team members **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience * At least 8 years of experience in designing and developing distributed enterprise systems * Minimum 3 years in leadership roles such as team lead, manager, architect, owner, or coordinator * At least 2 years leading teams of 20 or more people * Experience in at least 3 full project lifecycles or involvement in multiple projects across different development stages * Proficiency in Java for developing enterprise\-level applications * Strong expertise in domain modeling, system architecture, cloud solutions, and integration methods * Hands\-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API creation * Knowledge of distributed caching, event\-driven architectures, and streaming technologies * Proven ability to build scalable, distributed, and secure solutions on cloud platforms like Azure * Experience with both relational and NoSQL database systems * Advanced skills in Spring Boot, microservices, API management, event streaming, cloud\-native design, observability, and performance optimization * Practical experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming * Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, at B2 level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience as a DB2 Database Administrator * Background working with MongoDB for NoSQL database management * Familiarity with ReactJS for building user interfaces * Understanding of Splunk for monitoring and analytics
