**Company:** Scala **Location:** Central Offices / Residences (Willingness to travel) **Work Schedule:** Full-time **Job Objective:** Ensure the safe and timely transportation of personnel, clients, and company assets to various destinations, events, or meetings. You will be responsible for maintaining vehicles in optimal mechanical, aesthetic, and regulatory condition to fulfill scheduled activities. **Requirements:**. * **Education:** Technical level, high school, or junior high school * **Driver's license:** Valid and mandatory * **Minimum experience:** Minimum 3 verifiable years driving standard and automatic vehicles (Sedan, Pickup 4x4, 3.5 and 4.5 tons) * **Road experience:** 3 years driving on all types of roads and highways nationwide * **Availability:** High willingness to travel (90% of the time) **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Use of navigation tools and GPS (**90%**) * Solid knowledge of the national highway network (**80%**) * Federal, state, and municipal traffic regulations (**70\-80%**) * General mechanics (fluid level checks, minor faults, basic preventive/corrective maintenance) (**70%**) * Basic Microsoft Office suite usage (**40%**) **Main Responsibilities:** * Drive company vehicles for transporting personnel, clients, tools, materials, correspondence, and general assets * Plan the shortest and most efficient routes using GPS and maps to ensure punctuality * Conduct daily physical and mechanical inspections of assigned vehicles using the corresponding *checklist* forms * Monitor and maintain vehicle fluid levels (oil, coolant, tire pressure, gasoline/diesel) and overall cleanliness * Actively assist in loading, unloading, and delivery operations for packages, materials, or equipment * Provide administrative and control support at the central office or residences when no trips are scheduled * Manage and submit petty cash expense documentation (timely invoicing and submission of biweekly fiscal receipts) * Strictly comply with quality management system guidelines, internal vehicle usage regulations, and company policies **We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Travel allowances for scheduled trips * Job stability and an excellent work environment Salary: Starting at $10,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
