**CCTV Monitoring Center Operator** **Position Objective** Continuously supervise video surveillance systems (CCTV), access points, and plant perimeters, detecting, recording, and reporting any anomalies or risks affecting the safety of personnel, facilities, goods, and supply chain, in compliance with internal guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor in real time surveillance cameras in critical areas (production, warehouse, access points, logistics, and perimeter). * Verify proper operation of pedestrian and vehicle access points. * Supervise loading and unloading operations, as well as container sealing. * Record incidents in digital and physical logs, maintaining evidence for CTPAT audits. * Activate incident response protocols and notify the security supervisor. * Participate in monthly reports, drills, and internal and external audits. * Comply with established confidentiality and cybersecurity protocols. **Academic and Technical Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Completed high school diploma. (Desirable: technical degree in security, computer science, or related field). * **Technical Knowledge:** \- Operation of CCTV systems and software. \- Access control protocols. \- Familiarity with **CTPAT / BASC / OEA** standards (desirable). **Competencies and Skills** * Attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies. * Sustained concentration and discipline in protocol execution. * Assertive communication and quick decision-making during incidents. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. * Proper use of logs and security reports. **Key Attitudes** * High sense of confidentiality and loyalty. * Commitment to organizational security and integrity. * Responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night). **Certifications (desirable)** * Training course in CCTV system operation. * Training in Supply Chain Security (**CTPAT / BASC / OEA**). * Course in risk prevention and first aid. **Work Schedule** * Availability for rotating shifts and occasional Saturdays. **If you are passionate about security, technology, and purpose-driven work, we want to meet you.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
