We are looking for: **Operational Cleaning Trainer** Location: Angelópolis Requirements: \- Experience in industrial cleaning processes \- Experience in operational training processes \- Experience managing and supervising teams \- Knowledge of teaching\-learning techniques \- Experience working with people with disabilities (desirable) \- Computer skills and proficiency in Office software. Responsibilities: \- Participate in the execution of processes related to personnel management. \- Organize and plan staffing. \- Train staff on core operational tasks within the area. \- Train, instruct, and improve the quality of cleaning services with close follow\-up. \- Supervise services when required. \- Train and supervise cleaning staff in cleaning procedures based on the operations manual. \- Track and record training activities and progress in cleaning processes. \- ILUO evaluations.
