





**Education and Knowledge** * Academic or technical **training** in dance, performing arts, or recognized certifications in ballroom dance and Latin rhythms. * Proficiency in specific techniques of salsa, cumbia, bachata, and other modern dance styles, with the ability to adapt them to different levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). * Musical and rhythmic knowledge, capable of explaining the relationship between movement and music. * Continuous updating on trends in modern dance and contemporary fusions. **Teaching Experience** * Verifiable experience teaching diverse groups (children and adolescents). * Ability to plan didactic lessons, designing progressive classes with clear and assessable objectives. * Use of pedagogical resources: group activities, improvisation exercises, partner work, and feedback techniques. * Adaptability to adjust instruction according to students’ physical, cultural, and emotional needs. **Practical Skills** * Clear and precise demonstration of steps and sequences. * Ability to improvise and creativity to motivate the group. * Strong bodily and physical control, conveying confidence and energy. * Knowledge of warm-up and physical care techniques to prevent injuries. * Socio-emotional competencies * Patience and empathy, especially in rhythms requiring partner coordination. * Communication skills to explain technical concepts in simple terms. * Charisma and leadership, fostering a motivating and joyful atmosphere. * Inclusion and cultural respect, recognizing the richness of Latin rhythms as cultural heritage.
