IPS Security Group is seeking: **\* Facility Security Manager for a logistics company \*** **Academic Profile:**  Degree in a field related to security  Documented training in Facility Security.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (prepares reports and develops procedures and manuals) **Experience:** Minimum one year of verifiable experience in Facility, Industrial, and Transportation Security with regional or corporate command authority. Personnel management experience. Intermediate knowledge of electronic security systems: Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Satellite Tracking and GPRS Systems, Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, Communication Media, Risk and Vulnerability Assessments, Civil Protection, Development of Policies and Procedures, Process Flows, Timing and Movement Analysis, Loss Prevention. **Specific Characteristics:**  Full-time availability and mobility  Natural leadership.  Teamwork orientation.  Analytical thinking.  Planning and resource organization.  Focus on internal and external customers.  Personnel supervision and management.  Conducting investigations  Delivering training sessions  Budget management  Must possess relevant expertise. **Purpose:** 1\. Supervise preventive actions and respond to emergencies and contingencies. 2\. Direct auxiliary and operational personnel (on-site security guards), and develop prevention and containment programs issued by the Security Directorate for the protection of DHL shipments, personnel, and assets. 3\. Supervise preventive actions within DHL facilities 4\. Develop and implement programs issued by the Security Directorate 5\. Conduct client visits 6\. Evaluate facility security 7\. Supervise and coordinate compliance with security actions. 8\. Certify compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Work location: Finsa Zone.
