




Job Summary: Support the sales team in converting leads, ensuring timely follow-up and efficient customer management in systems. Key Highlights: 1. Manage leads and coordinate samples to ensure progress of opportunities. 2. Keep the CRM updated and support sales executives’ schedules. 3. Follow up with customers and prospects, as well as delivery timelines. **Job Objective:** Support the sales team in converting leads into opportunities and orders, ensuring timely follow-up and impeccable data accuracy in systems. Responsibilities * Conduct daily follow-up with **customers and prospects** (calls, WhatsApp, email). * **Manage incoming leads** from campaigns/trade shows and schedule next steps. * **Coordinate samples**: internal request, shipment, tracking, and confirmation of receipt. * **Onboard new customers** into the system (Compac) and update data/conditions. * Prepare **simple quotations** and follow up until closure or next stage. * Maintain **CRM/records** up to date (status, notes, next action, probability). * Support **sales executives’ schedules** and weekly reporting. * Monitor **delivery timelines** and communicate progress to customers.
