Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to ensure the training plan for personnel in the dermocosmetic segment is implemented to meet objectives, in accordance with company-established processes and guidelines. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Define the curriculum development for beauty advisors. \- Measure training effectiveness through in-person/virtual visits. \- Negotiate dermocosmetic training with commercial partners. \- Safeguard and manage employee training records (kardex) and ensure their timely updates.
