In our specialized pathology laboratory, we are looking for a ***Systems Intern (Web Documenter)*** responsible for designing, structuring, and maintaining technical, functional, and operational documentation for systems, APIs, and developed modules, ensuring traceability, quality, and continuous updates aligned with the DevOps cycle and Labopat's security and quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Document backend and frontend modules (architecture, flows, and dependencies). * Develop user manuals, quick guides, and FAQs. * Create installation, deployment, and rollback guides for development environments. * Standardize technical documentation (nomenclature, version control, and repositories). * Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Technical Support teams to maintain consistency between processes and code. * Manage document repositories (Git, Confluence, MkDocs, etc.). * Support internal training on documentation usage or tools. * Prepare reports and dashboards related to documentation and post\-project improvements. **Requirements** * Education: Candidate currently completing a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Technical Communication. * Knowledge of manuals and computer processes. * Technical English (basic reading and writing skills). **Technical Skills** * Clear technical writing and structured thinking. * Programming: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery. * Databases: Entity\-relationship models and normalization. * Tools: Git, Git Flow, Swagger, Postman, PlantUML, Mermaid, MkDocs, Docusaurus, Sphinx, Confluence**.** * Basic CI/CD (automated documentation publishing) **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail and organization. * Effective communication with technical teams. * Analytical ability and logical thinking. * Responsibility and adherence to deadlines. * Collaborative work and focus on continuous improvement. **We Offer** * Professional practice certification.
