Job Summary: Coordinate the receipt and delivery of materials, manage inventories, and ensure supply to production and customers while maintaining warehouse order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receiving and supplying materials to production lines and customers. 2. Performing cyclic counts and inventory maintenance. 3. Preparing and packing spare parts for shipment. Receive and safeguard materials delivered by various suppliers, as well as supply these materials to production lines according to the monthly plan; receive and deliver indirect materials to different departments. Receive materials from various suppliers; deliver finished products and spare parts to various customers according to shipments received from Sales Administration. · Receive products from various suppliers, verifying physical delivery against documentation to prevent discrepancies. · Enter invoices daily into the SAP system so that Accounting can schedule payments. · Prepare materials according to picking lists provided by the supervisor to ensure timely material delivery to production lines or customers, as applicable. · Deliver goods—either equipment or spare parts—to counter customers (CEDIS). · Report any anomalies during truck loading for customers to the supervisor. · Prepare and pack spare parts for shipment via courier services or transfer trucks, in accordance with instructions from Sales Administration (CEDIS). · Perform daily cyclic counts based on the list provided by the supervisor to maintain healthy inventory levels both systemically and physically. · Implement the 5S methodology in the warehouse, performing a 5-minute cleaning before the end of each shift to keep the work area clean and organized.
