**GPS MONITOR** **Objective**: Ensure the safe and timely transportation of units by monitoring their real-time location and continuously reporting on their progress within specified timeframes. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma * Valid Certificate of No Criminal Record * Minimum 2 years of experience in GPS monitoring * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in computer tools * Experience using GPS management platforms * Knowledge of satellite positioning systems, vehicle tracking, the Mexican federal highway network, and emergency and safety protocols * Must reside near San Pablo Apetatitlán, Tlaxcala. **Responsibilities:** Continuous monitoring of the GPS system and review of route reports. Immediate communication with drivers and supervisors to resolve incidents. Generation of daily/weekly reports on routes, timing, and service levels. Proposal of logistics process improvements based on monitoring data. Ensuring vehicles follow predefined routes and adhere to scheduled timetables. Identification of any issues or deviations affecting operations—such as delays, accidents, mechanical failures, etc. Maintaining constant communication with operators to report updates or resolve problems. Preparation of performance reports covering routes, mileage, stops, and inactive units. Confirmation of arrivals at various loading and unloading points. Delivery of documents to operators (e.g., vehicle registration card, verification certificate, etc.). Sending order status updates to customers. Compliance with preventive, emergency, and safety protocols under the SIS framework. Guiding operators to customer delivery locations.
