Job Objective: Provide real-time operational monitoring, identifying incidents and deviations to ensure service continuity, adherence to service level agreements, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Monitor services and routes in real time. Track adherence to scheduled routes and timetables. Detect and report operational incidents. Maintain constant communication with operators and involved departments. Follow up on incidents until resolution. Support rescheduling of services affected by contingencies. Record and update operational information. Requirements: Intermediate proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Familiarity with geolocation tools (Google Maps, Waze, GPS). Experience in route monitoring or operational tracking (preferred). Knowledge of TMS systems or transportation management platforms (preferred). Analytical ability and incident tracking capability. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Availability for rotating shifts.
