The objective of this position is to ensure the efficient and timely supply of materials, supplies, and services, as well as the proper administration, control, and safeguarding of warehouse inventory, in order to optimize resources, reduce costs, and ensure the company's operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and efficient supply of materials and supplies for each project. - Monitor and update inventory inflows and outflows in real time. - Optimize resource utilization based on efficiency and quality criteria. - Ensure confidentiality of company and supplier information. - Execute purchases of supplies accurately and on schedule. - Evaluate, select, and qualify reliable suppliers. - Manage receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. - Prepare and update documents and forms related to warehouse movements. - Supervise order deliveries and verify compliance. - Meet key performance indicators for procurement and warehouse processes. - Coordinate material returns in cases of defects or non-compliance. - Collaborate with Management and Executive Leadership on strategic procurement decisions.
