Requirements: * Interest in organizational psychology and labor regulations. * Basic knowledge of psychometric tests (desirable). * Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate). * Analytical skills, confidentiality, and organizational abilities. Job Description: A company in the metal-mechanical sector is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the implementation and monitoring of NOM\-035\-STPS\-2018, as well as the administration and analysis of psychometric assessments for new hires. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in administering NOM\-035 evaluation instruments (identification of psychosocial risk factors and organizational environment). * Data entry, analysis, and basic interpretation of NOM\-035 survey results. * Administer, score, and integrate psychometric tests for candidates. * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Prepare evaluation reports and personnel files. * Monitor organizational climate and occupational well-being indicators.
