Responsibilities: * Design and implement legal strategies aligned with corporate objectives. * Provide legal advice on corporate, labor, civil, administrative, tax, and regulatory matters. * Legally represent the Group before judicial authorities, administrative bodies, and external organizations. * Supervise the drafting, review, and updating of contracts, agreements, internal regulations, and other legal documents. * Coordinate the handling and follow-up of litigation and legal proceedings involving the organization. * Manage relationships with external law firms and coordinate their intervention when necessary. * Legally represent individuals and legal entities before labor tribunals for signing employment termination agreements. * Responsible for managing employee termination processes in coordination with Human Capital and external advisors. * Monitor, through the University Legal Director, matters concerning various users of the University Legal Clinic by preparing motions, appeals, complaints, responses, amparos, or any other legal documents for submission to the appropriate authority (when the case is viable). * Legally represent individuals and legal entities in contentious matters in which they are involved, including labor trials before competent authorities, amparo lawsuits, administrative and labor disputes filed against the legal entities facing the Governing Council.
