We are looking for a **Systems Intern / Technical Support Intern** to join our team and gain hands-on experience across multiple IT areas. **Key Responsibilities: Technical Support (Help Desk):** * Responding to and resolving incidents (Windows, Office, email, printers). * Configuring user profiles, accounts, and devices. * Logging and tracking tickets using support tools. **Infrastructure Maintenance:** * Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware (PCs, printers). * Performing basic monitoring of LAN/WAN networks and internal servers. * Assisting with backups and storage administration. **Systems Development and Maintenance:** * Collaborating on the development and optimization of internal systems. * Conducting software testing, identifying bugs, and reporting issues. * Documenting modules (backend/frontend) and creating user manuals. **Information Security:** * Implementing basic security measures. * Managing access controls and user profiles. **Management and Documentation:** * Developing user guides, manuals, and FAQs. * Organizing files and supporting database management. **General IT Support:** * Participating in special projects. * Assisting with the installation and deployment of new technologies. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree program. * Basic knowledge of technical support or networking (preferred but not mandatory). * Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and sense of responsibility. **What We Offer** * Monthly stipend of **$2,000**. * Hands-on learning in key IT areas. * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity for performance-based growth.
