**APPRAISER POSITION OPEN** We are seeking a professional specialized in valuation and financial analysis, with technical, methodological, and legal expertise to prepare appraisals, expert opinions, and value studies for tangible and intangible assets, as well as participation in corporate, financial, judicial, tax, and strategic processes. Location: Puebla, Pue. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or related field (with professional license). * Minimum 2 years of experience in: Business valuation, appraisal preparation, expert opinions, corporate finance, financial analysis, financial auditing, or financial consulting. * Knowledge of: Financial and corporate valuation, valuation of intangible assets, valuation of tangible assets, regulatory and legal frameworks. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Strong analytical ability. * Financial logical thinking. * Preparation of technical reports. * Drafting of expert opinions. * Technical argumentation skills. * Master’s degree or specialization in Valuation, Business, or Intangible Assets is desirable. **We offer:** * Monthly salary of $12,000\. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. * Immediate hiring.
