**Job Mission:** Ensure, improve, and maintain the proper functioning of natural gas measurement systems for accurate volumetric billing, as well as control and mitigate risks associated with
measurement and processes to reduce errors or incorrect results affecting the quality of measurement services and the continuous improvement of the measurement management system.
**Your Impact**: As **MEASUREMENT MANAGER,** you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission by performing the following key responsibilities:
* Review and deliver biweekly and/or monthly Measurement Master Files reports; prepare corresponding Gas Imbalance and Unaccounted Gas reports (adequate measurement process ensuring reliability of measurements).
* Establish specifications for materials and equipment related to regulation, measurement, gas quality, and odorization.
* Validate and enter into SAP system the calorific value of natural gas for the current month.
* Ensure technical personnel are qualified to operate city gates, regulation and measurement stations, chromatography systems, electrical systems, instrumentation, and odorization systems.
* Manage, control, and mitigate risks associated with measurement and processes to reduce errors or incorrect results affecting the quality of measurement service (volumetric controls).
* Operate and maintain assigned management systems to comply with current regulations (NMX-CC-10012-IMNC-2004, RES 776, among others).
* Monitor PAM (plan, execute, improve, and plan preventive, corrective, and specialized maintenance programs). Track, measure, and evaluate operational KPIs.
* Address and follow up on industrial customer requirements regarding measurement and/or services.
**Requirements:**
To join our team as **MEASUREMENT MANAGER,** we are looking for:
* **Education and Experience:** Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree with title and professional license (Petroleum Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Industrial, Instrumentation).
* **Minimum** 3 to 5 years of experience in activities related to operation and maintenance, specifically in natural gas facilities. Measurement, instrumentation, and control systems.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in SAP, Management Systems, proven knowledge of measurement systems, metrology, ISO systems and/or audits, AGA, volumetric controls, and applicable regulations for gaseous hydrocarbon measurement.
* **Key Competencies:** Planning, Activity Control, Problem Analysis, Oral Communication, Teamwork.

* Experience: 2 verifiable years as Administrative Assistant in manufacturing processes
