Ensuring inventory control and product distribution At LabKan, we are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator with strategic vision and operational focus, responsible for supervising and optimizing the logistics operations of multiple warehouses, ensuring inventory control, timely supply, and accurate product distribution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations. * ERP system proficiency **(Odoo preferred).** * Advanced Excel skills and operational analysis. * **Willingness to travel** **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate operations across 4 warehouses and supervise work teams. * Ensure inventory accuracy and control of incoming/outgoing goods. * Plan procurement and inventory levels according to demand and commercial growth. * Coordinate distribution, inter-warehouse transfers, and fulfillment to stores and franchises. * Monitor logistics KPIs, productivity, and service levels. * Ensure traceability and operational control via Odoo ERP. * Implement continuous improvements in logistics and warehouse processes. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Location: Santa Cruz los Ángeles * Statutory benefits.
