Experience: Minimum 2 years in Human Resources, preferably within national companies. Availability for immediate hiring. Profile: We seek a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong execution capability, leadership, and effective communication skills. Must demonstrate ease in teamwork and a focus on continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Coordinate Recruitment and Selection processes. Manage Training, Compensation, and Benefits programs. Design and document departmental process and procedure manuals. Define the structure and staffing needs of the Human Resources department. Administer and monitor personnel. Implement internal communication strategies. Conduct active recruitment. Organize departmental institutional events. Supervise the entire payroll process (calculation, payment, and disbursement). Manage bonuses and incentives. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law. Handle employee separations, final settlements, and procedures before IMSS. Track incidents: vacations, attendance, and leaves of absence.
