REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Project Management (PM) certification — desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Implementation of continuous improvement methodologies * Familiarity with Canvas, Pareto charts, Ishikawa diagrams, etc. * Process and procedure control * Regulatory compliance control * Supervision of production line * Implementation of problem analysis and resolution methodologies * Management of the Quality Management System (QMS) * AutoCAD * CNC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: * Machinery operation * Knowledge and application of IN SITU methodology * Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards * Lean Manufacturing tools * GREEN BELT certification WORKING HOURS: * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Saturday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM WORK LOCATION: * Blvd. Carmen Serdán 2119, Col.
