**Position:** *SURVEYOR* **Job Description** Supervise, monitor, control, and review the works of contracted projects assigned by appointment, in accordance with applicable legislation, guaranteeing accuracy in topographic surveys and the layout of engineering works and projects. **Responsibilities** * Ensure that all topographic surveys and work layouts are carried out according to project specifications and applicable regulations. * Verify the accuracy of topographic measurements taken, ensuring calculations and drawings are correct and accurately reflect site conditions. * Create detailed plans and drawings based on topographic surveys, ensuring their quality and precision through the use of specialized software such as AutoCAD. * Operate and maintain total stations and other measuring equipment, ensuring proper functionality and calibration for accurate measurements. **Job Requirements: Education:** Civil Engineer or related field. **Training:** Industrial Buildings Projects, Residential, Offices, Hotels, AutoCAD Specialist, Construction Field, Work Quantification and Progress Tracking, Construction Technology and Materials, Personnel Management. **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in similar positions, with experience in industrial building construction projects and civil works. **Skills**: Leadership and negotiation ability, Sense of cost-efficiency and effectiveness, Order, organization and responsibility, Honesty and ethical focus at work, Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.
