Responsibilities * Ensure that all work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and established timelines. * Lead the workforce and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * Review and approve material and service requisitions, guaranteeing adherence to the budget. * Report weekly on project status, identifying potential deviations or risks and proposing solutions. * Supervise and ensure that activities are executed in accordance with established quality standards. **Job Requirements**: **Education**: Academic background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions. **Technical Knowledge**: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, Proficiency in design and project management software, Knowledge of safety and quality regulations. **Skills**: Leadership and decision-making, Teamwork and personnel coordination, Technical problem-solving, Document organization and control, Ability to respond to unexpected situations. **Working Conditions**: Full availability of time, including holidays and vacation periods as required by the project. **Availability**: 24/7 to handle emergencies and project coordination. Frequent travel to the assigned construction site and other project-related locations.
