Job Summary: We are seeking a Driver for the pickup, delivery, and transportation of premium fruit, ensuring cargo verification and safe handling of both products and vehicle. Safe handling of products and vehicle **Grupo Tarahumara**, a wholesale distributor of premium fruit, is currently hiring: * **DRIVER** **Requirements:** * Valid **FEDERAL DRIVER'S LICENSE** is mandatory * Minimum 1 year of driving experience **Work Schedule:** * 4:00 a.m. \- 1:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with **one weekday day off.** **Daily Responsibilities:** * Pickup or delivery of locally ordered cargo. * Transportation of cargo using assigned vehicles. * Delivery of orders to local customers. * Verification of received and delivered cargo to ensure compliance with customer requirements/specifications regarding quantity, pallet configuration, product type, and packaging condition. * Proper and safe handling of products and vehicles in accordance with traffic regulations and company policies. * Daily checklist of the assigned vehicle. * Fuel refueling and odometer reading registration on receipt per procedure. * Assistance in loading/unloading trailers carrying incoming or outgoing cargo to/from customers. * Timely reporting of any vehicle incidents per company policy. * Notification of all stops made during deliveries via the local logistics WhatsApp group. * Pre-trip vehicle checklist and inspection. * Reporting any delays in pickup or delivery to coordination. * Maintaining cleanliness and good condition of assigned cargo transport equipment. * Reporting any malfunctions of assigned transport equipment or tools to immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * SALARY: $16,500 MXN gross per month * Attendance Bonus: 10% * Punctuality Bonus: 10% * Overtime pay * Grocery vouchers worth $1,150 MXN per month * Statutory benefits
