We are looking for an Architect to join our team. \- Preparation of architectural projects. \- CAD software \- 3D modeling tools. \- Proficiency in Office suite \- Coordinate, execute, and follow up on construction site activities. \- Validation and interpretation of architectural, hydraulic, electrical, carpentry, masonry, finishing, and structural drawings. \- Support in generating estimates, reports, and other deliverable documents. \- Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations for construction site work. \- Prepare weekly construction progress reports. \- Quantification of material volumes. \- Participate in project meetings and contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions. \- Knowledge and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. \- Passion for architectural design. \- Communication skills and ability to work in a team. \- Problem-solving ability. \- Valid driver's license.
