ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description: At Linum, we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented On-Site Construction Supervisor to ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. THE ARCHITECT AND/OR CIVIL ENGINEER SERVING AS ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR MUST POSSESS: * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an on-site construction supervisor * Extensive experience in ***residential housing construction*** (essential) * Precise knowledge of construction processes * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams * Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, construction execution, supervision of estimates, and blueprint interpretation * Likewise, expertise in lighting, sanitary installations, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, voice and data networks, construction materials, and finishes * Responsibility for construction execution in accordance with blueprints and construction schedules, ensuring quality control * Practical, in-depth knowledge of: Construction Regulations and their Complementary Technical Standards (NTC) is CRITICAL * Preferably owns a vehicle Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and/or Civil Engineering If you possess these skills and wish to join LINUM Construction, please send your updated CV and portfolio showcasing projects you have participated in.
