




We are seeking a **Customer Support and Technical Support Executive** to provide customer service and technical support to users of banking terminals (POS), ensuring proper service operation, incident resolution, and a positive customer experience. **Responsibilities** * Customer service via telephone, email, and/or in-person * Basic technical support for banking terminals (POS) * Incident tracking and resolution * Customer guidance on terminal usage and operation * Creation and closure of system reports * Escalation of technical cases when necessary * Management and updating of service tickets * Compliance with SLAs and customer service policies **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service or technical support * Basic knowledge of electronic equipment or systems * Proficiency in PC use and basic Excel * Strong communication skills, service-oriented attitude, and follow-up ability **We Offer** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits * Paid training * Job stability * Career growth within the company **Work Location:** Cholula, Puebla **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site
