Location: Puebla, Puebla, Central de Abastos area. **Job requirements** * Minimum university-level education with degree: Technical Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Engineering degree in Logistics, Administration, or equivalent experience in logistics systems. * Experience in fleet management. * Residence within a 40-minute commute from Central de Abastos. * Advanced knowledge of logistics, diesel, fuel efficiency, and vehicle fleet management. * Graph analysis, analysis of unit performance behavior, administrative logistics processes. * Advanced Microsoft Office suite, GPS, advanced Excel, transportation management software. **Job responsibilities** * Analyze and improve diesel vehicle performance across the fleet. * Coordinate logistics to ensure efficiency in product distribution. * Monitor and control the vehicle fleet to guarantee proper operation. * Implement strategies to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs. * Generate performance reports per unit using graphs, pivot tables, etc., to enhance data visualization. * Scan vehicles to analyze unit performance. * Reconcile diesel loading records against reported data and loading documentation. * Seal fuel tanks. **Additional benefits and perks** * Weekly salary. * Benefits effective from day one of employment. * Grocery vouchers. * Uniforms. * Paid training. * On-site work modality. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Paid gym membership.
