**Join EEEISA at Ozumba Plant!** **Location:** Mexico-Oaxaca Highway km 63, Ozumba Plant, State of Mexico **Warehouse Coordinator** **Position Objective:** Administer, control, and ensure sufficient supply of resources, tools, spare parts, supplies, tinplate, inks, or any other material stored in the warehouse. This involves directing the proper execution of all activities, providing timely support to requesting departments, and ensuring compliance with area policies and procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** The Warehouse Coordinator must perform and/or supervise the following activities: * **Material Receipt and Validation:** Supervise material receipt by conducting physical inspection and system validation, ensuring compliance with required technical specifications (according to procedure PR-A-01 for Material Receipt in Warehouses). * **Fulfillment and Dispatch:** Fulfill Production Orders, Work Orders, and Pickings, verifying that items have been correctly delivered to the respective departments (according to policy POL-A-01 for Material Outbound Operations). * **Personnel Supervision:** Supervise tasks assigned to personnel under their responsibility. * **Control and Reporting:** Report any irregularities detected inside or around the warehouse to direct supervisors. * **Inventory Counts and Audits:** Anticipate and coordinate necessary activities for inventory counts and audits to achieve expected results. **Required Technical Knowledge:** *(Developed Level)* * Inventory control and management. * Measurement systems and knowledge of hand tools. * Knowledge and use of ERP systems. * Colorimetry knowledge applied to printing presses *(only Ink Warehouse)*. * Control and handling of hand tools *(only Finished Goods and Spare Parts Warehouse)*. * Control and handling of tinplate *(only Tinplate Warehouse)*. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in business administration, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. * Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar warehouse coordination role. **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits, including grocery vouchers. * Growth opportunity within a leading company in the sector. **Send your CV to 5560663979** Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $1.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
