




**Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering * Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills * Experience with Oracle, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks (90% preferred) * English proficiency * 4 years of experience in process engineering, including Balance Time Study, Layout Optimization, and Projects * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles * Supervisory experience. **Responsibilities:** * As Process Engineering Coordinator, develop strategies in collaboration with the engineering team to achieve the company’s efficiency targets. * Coordinate and manage production-area activities related to layout, equipment, fixtures, gauges, and tooling. * Develop technical documentation (standard documentation) to define the processes followed by the operations team. * Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards to enhance plant productivity. * Identify improvement opportunities based on internal metrics (DT, Efficiency, FTT). * Coordinate improvement projects across plant processes. * Research and recommend new manufacturing methods, machinery, and equipment to increase productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs. * Participate in the NPI process, identifying all required processes (Equipment, Method, Tools) for proper product introduction. * Maintain and update CAD documentation for plant layout designs, fixtures, and equipment locations. * Drive process improvements through the execution of cost-saving projects.
