




**FISTI SAN MATEO** is seeking an **Operational Coordinator** for our upcoming opening and invites you to join our team. **Requirements:** * Administrative degree, currently studying or graduated. * Experience managing maintenance, cleaning, and staff personnel. * Minimum one year of experience in operational coordination or as assistant manager—preferably in sports clubs. **Responsibilities:** Supervision of operational area staff; you will be in charge of the club’s shift—either opening or closing—and responsible for maintenance and cleaning personnel, interaction with suppliers, tracking purchase orders, and validating staff incidents for payroll processing.
