We seek responsible and committed individuals with a safety culture and operational discipline who enjoy working on construction projects and wish to grow within the sector. **Education:** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Preferred: Technical high school diploma or technical certification in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Construction, or related field. **Experience:** * 1–2 years operating heavy machinery (grader, backhoe loader, bulldozer, or similar). * Knowledge of terrain grading, cuts, and fills. * Basic proficiency with surveying instruments (level, tape measure, total station preferred). **Importance of Your Role** * Operate the grader to ensure precision in cuts, fills, and terrain grading. * Perform maneuvers safely in accordance with procedures and applicable regulations. * Conduct daily machine inspections and report incidents. * Support coordination with surveyors and site supervisors. * Meet established production and safety targets. **Mobility:** * Willingness to travel to various project sites. **What We Offer:** * Weekly payroll payment ($6,000.00). * Weekly per diem (1,200.00). * Additional $500.00 weekly support. * Included camp accommodation. * Transportation reimbursement (every 2 months), ticket reimbursement. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Training. **What You Need:** * **DC-3** * **Social Security Number (NSS)** * **INE** (copy) * **CURP** (copy) * **Tax Status Certificate** * **Proof of Address** * **Birth Certificate** * **Criminal Background Check** * **BBVA Interbank Key** * **Academic Transcript/Certificate** * **Work References** (preferred) * **Medical Certificate.** Salary: $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
