




A leading **medical device manufacturing** company is seeking a committed and results-oriented **Mechatronics Engineer** to join the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for **preventive and corrective maintenance** of industrial machinery, with the ability to diagnose technical failures and implement effective solutions. Experience in **PLC programming** is essential, as well as solid knowledge in **industrial pneumatics and electrical systems**. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment. * Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and control systems. * Make adjustments and program **PLCs** to ensure proper operation of production lines. * Document technical interventions according to internal procedures and regulatory standards. * Support continuous improvement projects and ensure operational availability of equipment. * Coordinate with other departments such as production, quality, and engineering to maintain operational efficiency. **Profile requirements:** * Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial machinery maintenance. * **Solid knowledge in:** * **PLC programming (Siemens or similar)** * **Industrial electrical systems** * **Industrial pneumatics** * Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams. * Availability to **work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)**. * Availability to **work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off**. * Desired experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or food industry. **We offer:** * Weekly salary * Statutory and additional benefits * Continuous training and professional development * Job stability in an innovative, quality-focused company * Excellent work environment Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $13,200.00 - $16,600.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application questions: * Did you study at UNAM/IPN/UAM? * Exact undergraduate GPA * Are you available to work rotating shifts?
