In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our systems and networks, ensuring the security and optimal performance of our technological resources. **Responsibilities** * Administer and support Windows servers * Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts from the monitoring system * Handle Level 2 incidents escalated from the help desk * Administer IIS services and validate their proper operation * Administer VMware and Hyper\-V virtualization platforms * Configure and administer switches, VLANs, and network connectivity * Administer and support VPN connections * Execute infrastructure backups and validations * Support administration of resources in Azure * Document configurations, changes, and technical solutions * Apply system patches and updates * Coordinate with vendors for incident resolution **Requirements** * Operational experience in IT infrastructure administration and Level 2 support * Windows Server administration (roles, services, troubleshooting) * Active Directory administration and support * Administration of VMware virtualized environments * Operational knowledge of SQL Server (services, backups, validations, basic queries) * Hyper\-V environment administration * Switch administration (basic configuration, ports, VLANs) * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (virtual machines, networks, basic services) **Benefits** * We offer a collaborative work environment * You will have professional growth opportunities * You will work on challenging and meaningful projects Join us and contribute to the success of **FH Logística** with your experience and technical skills.
