Job Summary: EMMI is seeking a Site Manager to supervise electromechanical projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, standards, and efficient management of costs and multidisciplinary teams. Coordination with clients, external supervision, and multidisciplinary teams EMMI is looking for your talent as a Site Manager Project located in Chalco, State of Mexico **Responsibilities** * Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and project scope. * Develop and/or review the construction schedule. * Ensure adherence to the construction schedule. * Control project costs, client-related expenses, and costs associated with project departments. * Verify that activities are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical standards, and client specifications. * Monitor physical progress of construction. * Construction planning and control. * Organize work fronts. * Prepare progress reports for the Project Manager (PM). * Coordinate activities with external supervision, clients, and related departments. * Ensure application of electrical and safety regulations for all works to be executed. **Technical Knowledge** * Electrical panels, wiring, assembly of electromechanical equipment, electrical power supply systems, substation or transformer installation, etc. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field. * 5–8 years of experience in similar roles on related projects. * Minimum 5 years of experience supervising electromechanical or energy construction projects. * Familiarity with permitting procedures involving CFE and CENACE. * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * Contractor management. * Assurance that the project is executed on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety requirements. * Immediate availability for hiring. Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Salary: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
