Excellent work environment ### **Hospital Command Center Coordinator / Medical Evaluator** ### **Job Description** We are seeking a Hospital Command Center Coordinator / Medical Evaluator responsible for coordinating and supervising the flow of clinical and operational information within the hospital. Your role will be critical in ensuring efficient patient care, appropriate resource allocation, and timely follow-up of hospital processes. ### **Requirements** * 100% administrative position * Incomplete or completed medical degree * Minimum 6 months of experience with insurance companies * Knowledge of clinical systems, hospital censuses, and medical record management * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and in high-demand situations **Location:** San Ángel Inn Satellite Hospital\- Naucalpan **Schedule:** Hybrid schedule from 09:00 to 18:00 Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00 ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate Command Center staff * Monitor in real time the availability of beds, departments, equipment, and other hospital resources * Manage patient admission, transfer, and discharge requests * Maintain constant communication with nursing staff, physicians, administrative departments, and auxiliary services * Register, update, and verify information in hospital systems * Generate daily reports and support operational decision-making * Address incidents and ensure compliance with hospital protocols ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits and additional benefits * Opportunity for professional development * Training in hospital processes * Excellent work environment Please submit your CV through this channel.
