Analyze defects and propose corrective actions. **IMPORTANT: TEXTILE COMPANY SEEKING** *QUALITY INSPECTOR* **Purpose of the Position** Ensure that garments produced in contract manufacturing workshops comply with established quality standards, technical specifications, and deadlines through systematic inspections at all stages of the production process, guaranteeing consistency, defect reduction, and customer compliance. **Academic Qualifications** · Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field. **Experience** 2–5 years in: · Garment manufacturing knowledge (sewing, fabrics, processes) · Interpretation of technical specifications · Proficiency in AQL and quality criteria · Use of checklists and inspection forms · Defect analysis and root cause analysis **Responsibilities:** Review daily production plan Validate production elements (specifications, readiness, cutting, etc.) Validate first piece Perform interval-based inspections during contract manufacturing and on finished goods Record defects in real time Provide immediate feedback at contract manufacturer facilities Audit processes (not just products) Report daily results upon shift closure per contract manufacturer o Escalate critical deviations to immediate supervisor Propose corrective actions with contract manufacturers to rectify defects Apply AQL sampling Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $7,306.80 – $12,650.92 per month Work Location: On-site employment
