Job Summary: A Risk Control Analyst who will supervise processes, inventories, and security at the Distribution Center, as well as conduct audits and investigations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Risk reporting and security supervision **Position: RISK CONTROL ANALYST LOCATION: TULTIPARK** **Requirements:** **Gender**: Unrestricted **Education Level: Bachelor's Degree** **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in a similar position **Employment Type:** Full-time **Residence Location: Tultepec, Coacalco, Santiago Teyahualco** **Work Location: TULTIPARK\- Tultepec, State of Mexico, ZIP Code 54990** **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Processes Inventories **COMPETENCIES:** Integrity Initiative Sense of urgency Communication Collaborative work Adaptability to change Efficiency and effectiveness Adherence to standards, policies, and procedures Analytical ability Structured thinking Decision-making Problem-solving Goal achievement **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct on-site audits at the Distribution Center. * Responsible for supervising the proper execution of warehouse processes. * Monitor the Distribution Center 24 hours a day via telephone. * Conduct investigations into employee or direct-line integrity violations. * Support the Human Resources department regarding terminations and workplace climate. * Participate randomly in inventories, as well as validate the warehouse’s annual inventory. * Supervise the proper functioning of alarm systems, fire suppression systems, and CCTV. * Supervise security guards’ performance and address their requests from management. * Report all types of risks affecting the Distribution Center. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 hrs Friday: 08:00–15:00 hrs. **COMPENSATION PACKAGE:** $ 13´500\.00 monthly \+ $1´490\.00 in food vouchers \+ Statutory benefits effective from Day 1 — 100% salary \+ Savings fund \+ Savings box \+ Death benefit support \+ Auto insurance \+ Annual leave: employee /2 per year \+ Group company discounts \+ Laboratory discount \+ Cafeteria service
