We aspire to be the ideal partner for entrepreneurs, contributing to community, national, and planetary development. **Your Challenge:** Develop scalable and high-quality frontend and backend solutions using React and Python respectively, leveraging AWS Services, while leading a project end-to-end and guiding the growth of other developers. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Information Systems or related field. * 4\+ years of experience with React, JavaScript, and Python. * Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Functional Programming. * Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies; AWS Services is a plus. * Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. * In-depth understanding of Design Patterns and Architectural Patterns. * Extensive knowledge of Unit and Integration Testing to validate changes and identify errors before production deployment. * Strong knowledge of information security. * Proficient use of GIT. **Responsibilities** * Write maintainable, high-quality code following industry best practices for software development. * Build solutions aligned with requirements provided by the Tech Lead and Product Manager that are easily scalable. * Develop frontend and backend solutions using React and Python. * Build solutions leveraging AWS Services. Capable of developing an end-to-end project while leading developers of equal or junior level. * Collaborate with a cross-functional team to implement efficient solutions to interesting problems. * Write maintainable, high-quality, reusable code applicable to solving diverse problems. * Work on bug fixes and performance improvements for systems you contribute to. * Ensure development quality through unit tests and comprehensive functional testing. * Report progress during team dailies and track assigned tasks. * Write documentation: including technical documentation, user manuals, and developer guides. * Contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge, answering questions from other engineers, and fostering a positive work environment.
