Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems or Telecommunications Engineer to plan, develop, and document technical specifications and operational manuals. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into text and graphics. **Requirements** \- Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or related field. **MUST HAVE** \- Ability to create flowcharts. \- Experience working with engineering teams. \- Experience developing user stories in the Telecommunications industry. \- Excellent ability to write high-quality documentation with attention to detail. \- Research and analytical skills. \- Assertive communication. \- Strong spelling and writing skills. \- Objective, results-oriented feedback. \- Problem-solving and critical thinking. \- Organization and time management. \- Negotiation skills. \- Creativity and mental agility. \- Intermediate level of spoken and written English. \- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and convey them effectively in text and graphical formats. \- Knowledge of SDLC. **Responsibilities** \- Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational manuals and procedures. \- Research, develop, and document design technical specifications and test scripts. \- Produce electronic documentation in addition to printed manuals. \- Maintain a comprehensive library of terminology and technical documentation. \- Analyze documents to ensure content style consistency. \- Manage updates and revisions of technical literature.
