As a Regional Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of commercial and operational strategies, supervising a team, and guaranteeing achievement of established objectives. **Requirements:** * Preferably reside in the municipalities of **Cuauhtémoc, Miguel Hidalgo, or Naucalpan**. * Completed bachelor’s degree, or current candidate in Business Administration or related field. * Experience as a Coordinator in the retail industry (point-of-sale management). * Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience. * Class “A” driver’s license. * Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and direct daily activities of the sales team. * Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in collaboration with management. * Develop effective strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base. * Train, motivate, and support the sales team to ensure optimal performance. * Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports to evaluate team performance. * Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of commercial strategies. **We Offer:** * Stable employment * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Working Hours: Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
