A leading company dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and sale of sportswear is seeking a **WEB DESIGNER** to join its team **to develop, manage, and optimize the company’s website** ***from scratch*** ***Responsibilities*** * **Design, develop, and program the website from scratch (frontend and backend).** * **Create or integrate an e-commerce system (shopping cart, checkout, inventory, shipping).** * Integrate the website with external tools: CRM, ERP, payment platforms, email marketing, social media, and tracking tools. * Ensure website security, SSL certificates, data protection, and up-to-date standards. * Website administration and maintenance. * Update content, products, prices, banners, landing pages, and promotions. * **Configure and monitor tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, and Search Console.** * **Analyze key metrics: traffic, conversions, cart abandonment, funnels, CTR, CAC, and ROAS.** * Develop continuous improvements based on data (data-driven decisions). * Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, checkout, and mobile experience. * Integration with marketing and social media. * **Create landing pages for advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).** * Design conversion strategies together with the marketing department. * Ensure the website aligns with branding, traffic, and sales campaigns. * Support technical segmentation and configuration of digital campaigns. **Languages and Technologies:** * HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript * Frameworks: React, Vue, Next.js or similar * Backend: PHP, Node.js or Python * Databases: MySQL, MariaDB or MongoDB * Knowledge of APIs and integrations * Version control: Git / GitHub * E-commerce * Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or custom development. * Integration of payment gateways (Mercado Pago, PayPal, Stripe, Conekta, etc.). * Inventory management, shipping, payment methods, and order automation. * Google Analytics 4 * Google Tag Manager * Meta Pixel * Search Console * Reporting and dashboards **Required Experience** * **2 to 5 years in web development.** * **1+ year in e-commerce (ideally in retail, fashion, or physical products).** * **Proven experience in web projects developed from scratch.** * **Technical portfolio required.** * **Bachelor’s degree / studies aligned with the position (verifiable)** We offer: Salary of $16,000 to $20,000 net, depending on experience Working hours: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday Work location: On-site in NAUCALPAN (Atomo 12), EDO MEX Position type: Full-time, indefinite contract Salary: $16,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
