Join a team in flexible packaging manufacturing **BOLCO**, a company dedicated to flexible plastic packaging manufacturing, is seeking an **Equipment and Process Development Technician** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Robotics, Electromechanical, or related field * Experience: Minimum 3 months (preferred) * Knowledge of: * Electronics, electricity, mechanics, and pneumatics * CAD/CAM design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) * Lathe, milling machine, and general tools * Basic PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley) * Microsoft Office suite **Responsibilities:** * Manage and execute equipment and process development projects (electrical, electromechanical, and pneumatic). * Design machinery and create electrical schematics using CAD/CAM software. * Program and automate processes using PLCs and microcontrollers (Siemens, Allen Bradley). * Perform machinery installation, inspection, and commissioning. * Comply with quality standards, documentation requirements, and general technical support. **Additional Knowledge:** * Management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 * Industrial communication networks: Profibus, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Modbus, Ethernet * Ability to read technical manuals in English **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of **$10,200** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Job stability If you are interested, apply through this channel and become part of our team. **WhatsApp 5539992374** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,200\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
