A leading company in the Plastic Transformation industry is seeking: **"Plant Manager"** We are looking for a **highly strategic and analytical supply chain professional**, with **strong planning capabilities**, qualified to efficiently lead Business Operations—from raw material procurement, production planning across all departments, finished product delivery to customers, and overall logistics. REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 40–60 years * Education: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s in Operations Management preferred) * Experience: Over 10 years leading operations in the PET Transformation sector; minimum 5 years in managerial positions. * Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001/45001/14001 * Soft skills: Executive leadership, analytical thinking, systems thinking, decision-making under pressure * Technical skills: Process mastery, operational\-financial planning, industrial project implementation, continuous improvement SKILLS: * Proactive * Organized * Responsible * Honest JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Define, execute, and evolve operational and administrative strategies focused on scalability and efficiency * Lead Operations departments. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. * Design and implement project planning and control processes. * Manage strategic relationships with suppliers and customers. * Ensure adherence to delivery schedules. * Implement technological tools such as ERP and traceability systems * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and high performance * Coordinate administrative and operational management.
