We are seeking an **Import Analyst** to manage and optimize end\-to\-end processes, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and high service standards. ### **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the end-to-end import process for assets, ensuring timely, proper, and legally compliant execution in accordance with current legal and tax provisions. * Track international procurement processes: validation of commercial documents, certificates, Incoterms, selection of logistics providers and transportation. * Manage customs operations, including calculation of duties and taxes, regulatory compliance, review of customs entries (pedimentos), and coordination with customs agents. * Monitor shipment tracking from origin to final delivery, providing continuous visibility to internal and external customers. * Optimize import costs and timelines through sound logistical decision-making. * Coordinate reconciliation of import expenses and management of payments to suppliers. * Perform billing and expense reporting for financial and collections processes. * Maintain updated documentation and digital files in accordance with import processes. * Stay up to date with national and international foreign trade regulations. * Provide guidance to internal and external customers on import processes and best practices **Location:** Mexico City, Mexico. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and skills. * Hybrid remote work arrangement (if applicable). * 100% formal payroll, ensuring transparency and security for our employees. **Are you ready to take on the challenge and join our team?** Apply today and become part of our exciting journey toward success!
