At **ADS**, a leading company providing Information Technology services, you are invited to join our team! ***Job Title: Field Engineer – CDMX (Tlalpan, Coyoacán, Santa Fe, South Zone)*** ***Hybrid schedule: Monday to Sunday / two days off.*** ***Job Description:*** **On-site Technical Support (TK)** On-site diagnosis, support, and resolution of project-related technical issues (TK), including inspection and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation across the client’s business units. **Equipment Maintenance** Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment reported as incidents via the service desk. **Fault and Request Handling** On-site diagnosis, support, and resolution of project-related technical issues (TK), including inspection and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation across the client’s business units. **Installation of Replacement Parts for Incidents** Installation and configuration of equipment/parts sourced from warehouse for replacement and incident resolution. **Tracking Status** Provide feedback to service desk managers regarding TK progress, ensuring timely resolution of reported incidents. Ø **Skills:** Technical support for computer equipment § Proficiency with cloning and image deployment tools. § Proficiency with Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems. § Structured cabling repair.
