




Job Summary: We are seeking an Itinerary Designer to create personalized travel experiences, researching destinations, developing detailed proposals, and coordinating with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Design customized and detailed itineraries for clients. 2. Research destinations, hotels, and relevant experiences. 3. Coordinate with suppliers and adjust itineraries based on feedback. Responsibilities: Design customized itineraries for Travessia clients. Research destinations, hotels, experiences, restaurants, and activities relevant to each location. Propose efficient travel routes considering timing, transportation, and client pace. Prepare clear and well-structured travel proposals and quotations. Curate local recommendations and destination tips to enrich each itinerary. Coordinate with suppliers, tours, hotels, and on-site services when necessary. Adjust itineraries according to client feedback. Maintain a high level of detail and quality in every proposal. Ideal Candidate: Strong interest in travel, culture, gastronomy, and experience design. Ability to research and curate destination information. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Capacity to structure clear and logical itineraries. Strong writing and written communication skills. Proactivity and ability to solve logistical problems. Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in tourism, travel design, or itinerary planning. Knowledge of international destinations. Aesthetic sensitivity for selecting hotels, experiences, and restaurants. Ability to conceptualize travel as an integrated experience, not merely logistics.
