




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Analyst with experience in the food industry and knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality tools to ensure standards in warehouses and production. Report and correct incidents compromising quality Mexican company with over 25 years of experience, renowned for marketing top-quality products and supplying ingredients and goods to hotels, restaurants, and banquets, is seeking Quality Analyst – NAUCALPAN Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Engineering (Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) Graduated or currently completing studies Basic English Experience 6 months to 1 year in warehouse or production within the food industry, including refrigerated/frozen storage facilities. Knowledge of: Personal hygiene good practices HACCP Allergens Traceability FIFO (First-In, First-Out) in dry, refrigerated, and frozen warehouses Sensory analysis of food, chemical composition Inspection upon receipt, sampling, and product release Quality tools for root cause analysis: Ishikawa diagram, 5W, 8D, etc. Responsibilities: 1. Inspect and release products during order receiving/shipping and returns, ensuring quality and safety. 2. Guarantee the cold chain and monitor temperatures in refrigerated/frozen storage chambers. a) FIFO (First-In, First-Out) in dry, refrigerated, and frozen warehouses. 3. Prepare non-conformance reports originating from national suppliers and third-party warehouses. 4. Report any incident that jeopardizes or compromises product safety and quality, and implement appropriate corrective actions. b) Maintain up-to-date logs for personal hygiene good practices, product inspection, inventory organization, and shrinkage control. c) Monitor water quality, and control broken glass and brittle plastic. We Offer: Base salary: $10,000 MXN per month (tax-free).
