Join our new workshop in Neza!** **GRUPO TRUPER and Tiendas Fix**, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of tools, with nationwide coverage, is seeking: **Electromechanical Technicians (for tool repair)** As a repair technician for electric and combustion-powered tools, you will be responsible for supporting maintenance and repair of items such as chainsaws, drills, polishers, lawn mowers, pumps, generators, etc. Additionally, you will provide technical support to our customers to improve their use of tools. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance * Experience in repairing tools, household appliances, or related fields * Experience in customer service * Availability to work Monday through Saturday (8-hour shifts) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service: receiving equipment, performing diagnostics, carrying out repairs, and returning equipment to customers * Advising customers on the sales floor * Cleaning and organizing the workplace, as well as common areas of the branch (rotating weekly) * Inventory control * Preparing operational reports **WE OFFER:** * $12,000 monthly (paid weekly on Fridays) * 100% IMSS registration * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Punctuality bonus * Productivity bonus (in addition to base salary) * Anniversary bonus * Life insurance * Savings fund * Savings box * Personal loans * Fixed day off (Sunday) * Professional and career growth SERVICE LOCATION: Av.
