Excellent work environment A prominent technology company is seeking a **Project Tracking Coordinator**, an individual who is highly **organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills**, responsible for reporting project progress to management. We are looking for someone with **strong attention to detail, ability to track multiple tasks accurately and timely, and skill in maintaining constant communication with all involved departments**, ensuring projects proceed on schedule and as planned. **Job Objective** To monitor the company’s projects, ensuring consistent communication between management and involved departments, thereby maintaining control over progress, deliverables, and requirements of each project. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor daily progress of active projects. * Request and collect status updates from each involved department. * Report project progress, pending items, blockers, and needs to management. * Identify delays, risks, or outstanding issues and escalate them promptly. * Participate in client meetings to draft minutes and document requirements. * Track action items and tasks arising from meetings. * Coordinate communication between leaders and team members. * Maintain up-to-date project reports, tracking tools, and documentation. * Follow up with the Legal Department regarding compliance with contracts, agreements, and client-committed deliverables. * Ensure all information is reported accurately, timely, and completely. **Required Profile** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative coordination, project tracking, operational support, or executive assistance involving operational tasks (not receptionist roles). * **Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence tools** * Excellent organizational and tracking skills. * Ability to communicate effectively across departments and hierarchical levels. * Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong writing and reporting/minutes-drafting skills (using AI). * Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. **Key Competencies** * Organization * Effective communication * Tracking and control * Problem solving * Attention to detail * Accountability * Working under pressure * Document drafting **We Offer** * Salary up to $16,000 MXN gross per month * Growth opportunity * Continuous training * Excellent work environment * **Includes some remote workdays** If you meet this profile, apply through this channel.
